Who We Are

I founded DIG IN in 2004 out of a desire to work more directly with change makers in the world and explore the transformative process.

Hi, I’m Odin. I’ve been working for three decades in the fields of environmental advocacy, community organizing and education, and leadership development.

For the past 16 years, I’ve been running DIG IN, working with partners from small grassroots environmental justice groups to large statewide or national institutions, and I’ve focused for the last decade on supporting networks as the building blocks of movements for social change.

I cherish working with people and helping to facilitate learning, brainstorming, and strategy—especially through the challenging stuff.

My work is inspired by my own desire to bring about a more vibrant, healthy world; authentic connection with people and communities; and a love of place and nature.

Collaborators

DIG IN regularly convenes and participates in teams to do the work of network strategy, leadership development, and culture change.

More information will be added here shortly about collaborators. Please feel free to reach out at any point to learn more about DIG IN.
